Falanghina, Bianco Puglia IGP

The Falanghina Bianco Puglia IGP by Villa Schinosa is a true celebration of Southern Italy’s wine heritage, offering a tasting experience that unites tradition and modernity. This ancient grape variety finds its ideal expression in the soil and microclimate of Contrada Schinosa, showcasing its vibrancy and complexity. Trained on trellises with the Guyot system on predominantly tuffaceous-calcareous soils with a density of 4500 plants per hectare.


Harvest takes place in the last week of September. A brief maceration of the grapes at a temperature of 7-8°C precedes the soft vacuum pressing of the same. Fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature below 15°C.


In stainless steel. Subsequent refinement in the bottle for a period of 1-2 months.

Straw yellow with golden reflections. Immediate and broad floral scent. Intense on the palate with a clear impression of freshness and persistence of fruity flavors.


Excellent as an aperitif. Perfect with oysters, shellfish, and fish carpaccio. Serve chilled at a temperature of 10-12°C.
